Rachel Humphrey has nearly 15 years experience in the nonprofit sector, and currently serves as the Director of Philanthropic Partnerships at the Global Fund for Women. Rachel is an accredited coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and trained as a leadership coach through Dave Ellis’ Falling Awake Life Coach Training. She has coached a wide range of clients, including philanthropists, senior nonprofit leaders, and individuals looking to change careers.

Rachel earned a Master of Nonprofit Administration degree from the University of San Francisco, where she focused on international philanthropy. She has provided facilitation services for strategic planning and development planning for numerous social justice organizations. She previously worked at Yosemite National Institutes, Wu Yee Children’s Services and the American Himalayan Foundation. Through her experience and training, Rachel has developed a highly effective leadership style and has honed innate facilitation skills.
